Perspectives Gained From Life Experiences

With nearly four decades of trial work, I’ve seen how litigation can drain the life out of people and businesses. My transition to Alternative Dispute Resolution isn't just a career shift—it’s a return to my roots.

My journey began in Wisconsin, negotiating for teachers’ unions while also teaching Special Needs students. Those experiences taught me that every conflict is human at its core. Years later, I was involved in a nearly catastrophic accident that changed my life. I bring inclusive, experiential, heart-centered AND legal experience to mediation and arbitration. I combine the toughness of a veteran litigator with the empathy of an educator to help the parties reach a resolution that is fair, final, and focused on the future.
